Strong – Intensely Hoppy – Complex

A complex double IPA bursting with dark citrus and over ripened fruit aromatics. This smooth IPA on steroids showcases the Azacca hop variety which is named after Haitian god of agriculture.

Irish Red Ale

 Cerveza, Mexican Lager

An authentic Mexican Lager, our Cerveza was crafted using corn and other ingredients frequently used by breweries in Central America. Using a brewer’s yeast cultivated in Mexico City, our golden Cerveza was fermented at low temperatures to create a crisp, light, and refreshing lager just in time for Cinco de Mayo. Munich Helles

Moderately grainy-sweet malt flavor with a soft dry finish. The malt’s are complemented by a restrained use of German hop varieties creating delicate floral hop aromas. This clear, clean fermented lager, is a refreshing everyday beer.

This old school IPA is packed full of Simcoe & Amarillo hops. Each hop variety was utilized in both the boil and again during double dry hoping to create a resinous, piney, and slightly citrus hop profile.
