Our Session IPA has been double dry hopped with copious amounts of Strata & Simcoe hops. This simple, but aromatic, session IPA is bursting with hop forward flavors and aromas featuring citrus, tropical fruit, and cannabis. An excellent lower ABV option without compromising flavor.

Turning to the past for inspiration, we’ve recreated a historical Nordic Ale, a style dating back over 500 years! Using juniper berries and NO hops, we have forgone the 60-minute boil to mimic the traditional brewing techniques and ingredients used during this time period. The end result is a subtly spicy, slightly tart yet sweet tasting beer with banana aromas.

This Double IPA was crafted to showcase a sticky blend of Cashmere, El Dorado, and Cryo Mosaic hops. Double dry-hopped to enhance the already pungent aromas, taste a balance of over-ripened tropical fruit, citrus, & stone fruit with a slightly sweet finish.
