LITTLE LEAGUE CHAMPS
Jun 30 @ 11:00 am – 2:30 pm
LITTLE LEAGUE CHAMPS

Formed in 2014, Little League Champs have historically been playing in the Washington, D.C. area as a pop punk/mash-up style cover band, frequenting the bar scene in Dupont Circle, on U Street, and in Arlington. Recently, the band decided to work together on writing originals, aiming for a sound that blends the musical styles of the pop punk era with modern elements of music. Their DEBUT EP titled Hot Ice! is scheduled for a release date of May 11th, 2018. The EP includes 5 original tracks and a cover of “Bad At Love” originally performed by Halsey. The band describes their sound thus far as being a mix of The Ataris, the score to Stranger Things, and Beyoncé.

JEFF FROM ACCOUNTING
Jun 30 @ 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm
JEFF FROM ACCOUNTING

Quite possibly the hardest working cover band in the business, Jeff from Accounting has been described as the “quintessential DC-area party band”. Formed in 2011, the band plays all over Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland; playing rock, pop, alternative rock, and soul from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, all the way up to songs that hit the radio just yesterday. The band members wear suits by day (hence the Office Space reminiscent band name), living for the weekends when they are able to strip their corporate slave clothes and dash from their cubicles to raise the rock horns of freedom. Jeff from Accounting plays shows at local live music venues, bars, pubs, shacks, festivals, house parties, weddings, and everything in between.

So grab a drink, pump a fist in the air, and belt out the chorus… we all know you know it.

STOCKLYN
Jun 30 @ 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
STOCKLYN

“Rock N Roll isn’t supposed to save your soul. It’s supposed to make you sweat.”
That’s what Stocklyn is all about. The brainchild of rock-guitar virtuoso Will Boreing, Stocklyn bypasses heart and goes for the gut. Stocklyn is swampy. Stocklyn is loud. Stocklyn plays without inhibition or shame.
Led by Boreing’s blistering guitar and powerhouse voice and fortified by Davis Draughon’s driving bass and Blake Vera’s concussive drums, this rock trio gets sweaty – and dares their audience to do the same.
The band has played with such acts as Scott Weiland and The Wildabouts, Highly Suspect, Blondfire, Last International, Bowling for Soup, Jackyl, and Stone Foxes.
They have played sold out shows from Los Angeles to New York City, bringing their authentic, explosive sound to such iconic venues as The Viper Room (LA), Blue Light Live (Lubbock), Mercy Lounge (Nashville), El Rey Theatre (LA), Southport Hall (New Orleans), Gramercy Theatre (New York City), and many more.
The band’s first, self-titled EP was produced by Grammy Award winner David Hodges on his Sleepwalker Records label. The EP captures the fire and energy that Stocklyn transmits on stage. It’s a recording with sultry vocals and unforgettable guitar riffs from Will Boreing that is a definite “do not miss”.
As Thomas D. Mooney wrote in New Slang, “They’re an audacious guitar driven strut. It’s loud, sweaty, near the edge of excess, and on the cusp of chaos; it’s the way rock and roll was meant to be played.”
You do not want to take Stocklyn lightly. You can’t. It’s a Rock band that will grab you, make you raise your fist, and yell for more.
No saccharine. No sentimentality.
We’re Stocklyn. We play Rock N Roll, and we mean it.
Get sweaty.

XEB (ORIGINAL FORMER MEMBERS OF THIRD EYE BLIND) PERFORMING THE BEST OF 3EB
Jun 30 @ 9:00 pm – 10:30 pm
XEB (ORIGINAL FORMER MEMBERS OF THIRD EYE BLIND) PERFORMING THE BEST OF 3EB

XEB brings together ex original members of Third Eye Blind. Kevin Cadogan, Tony Fredianelli and Arion Salazar’s contributions span 17 years of the band’s history.

Cadogan, who was a signatory to Third Eye Blind’s Elektra record deal, performed lead guitar and composed the music to 10 of the 14 songs on 3eb’s 1997 Self Titled debut album which sold 6x platinum. Cadogan also composed the music to 6 songs on 3eb’s 2x platinum selling sophomore album ‘Blue’ including the fan favorite “Wounded”.
Cadogan has been hailed as a Master Innovator by Guitar Player Magazine and toured from ’96-’99 performing his co-authored radio hits “How’s It Going To Be”, “Graduate”,
and “Losing A Whole Year”.

In San Francisco 1993/94, they wrote and performed under the name Third Eye Blind until Fredianelli exited the band that same year, but not before contributing musical production elements to songs on the debut such as “Motorcycle Drive By” and the hit “Semi Charmed Life”. Fredianelli later contributed his signature backing vocals and guitar, ushering in a new sound for Third Eye Blind that carried through the fourth
album. Fredianelli composed the music to many songs on the certified gold album ‘Out Of The Vain’. His co-authored radio hits include “Blinded”, “Non-Dairy Creamer” and 2009’s “Bonfire” from the #1 selling album ‘Ursa Major’.

Grammy nominated Bassist and composer Arion Salazar co-wrote many songs (credited and un-credited) throughout the band’s career including the hit “Never Let You Go” along with other fan favorites spanning the bands career. Salazar is credited as a producer on Third Eye Blind’s ‘Blue’ and ‘Out Of The Vein’ albums and is known for his signature use of double/effected bass tracking and vintage keyboards.

SCOTT KURT & MEMPHIS 59
Jul 1 @ 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
SCOTT KURT & MEMPHIS 59

Scott Kurt grew up in America’s Rust Belt, and the grittiness of his roots is evident in every aspect of his music. From his debut album, “Ragged But Right,” recorded with his band Memphis 59, to his first solo effort “Down This Road,” he captures the essence of hard living, hard work and hard times in deeply personal lyrics delivered by a whiskey-tinged barroom voice wrapped up inside a whole lot of full-tilt country-rock guitar.
It’s a reverence for telling the stories of a small town way of life that drew Scott to country music. “Nashville turns out great songs, with catchy hooks, sure – but the best of them tell great stories. When you close your eyes, and listen to the lyrics and that movie reel in your head starts turning – that’s what I want my songs to do for people.”
His songs have earned Scott comparisons to legends like Steve Earle, Tom Petty and Gary Allan, as well as multiple Washington Area Music Association nominations, and opening slots for some of country’s biggest and brightest stars, including Cole Swindell, Eli Young Band, Kip Moore, Easton Corbin, Frankie Ballard, Joe Nichols and personal idol Radney Foster. Scott currently resides in Sterling, Virginia, and fans can see him perform regionally at venues like Hill Country D.C., The Hamilton, The Fillmore and The State Theatre.
