and purchased from Elevate Nepal Inc., a non-profit organization. 100% of proceeds from the sale of Sapana Coffee benefit humanitarian efforts in Nepal. The clean, crisp, and distinctly unique coffee flavors complement the roasted malt aromas for a very bold and delicious experience.

This tasty New England IPA was double dry hopped with Eureka and Topaz hops to showcase tropical lychee fruit, tangerine, lime, and hints of dank resin flavors and aromas. A soft mouth feel and low bitterness balances the hop aromatics for a fresh and enhanced drinkability.

We cultivated a wild yeast from our historic Thomasson Barn and blended it with Lactobacillus to create an old-world, barrel-aged, and extremely complex soured Sahti. Charred Oak, Spruce, Banana Bread, and hints of Bourbon are all supporting aromas in this delicious and limited lip-puckering sour.
